This Website is a photography showcase platform that provides the following services:

• Browsing photography portfolios and selected albums.
• User registration and login functionality.
• Premium membership subscription services to unlock full gallery access.
• Administrative management system (restricted to administrators only).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

When registering an account, you must provide a valid and accurate email address and set a secure password. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including unauthorized use. If you discover that your account has been compromised or there is a security vulnerability, please notify us immediately.

Only one account may be registered per email address. Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts is prohibited.

3. Membership Subscription and Payment

Free Members: May browse work covers and the first 4 images on each detail page.

Premium Members: May browse the full gallery without restrictions, enjoy high-resolution previews, and have early access to new works.

• Premium subscriptions are paid securely through PayPal, with monthly and annual plans available.
• Subscriptions auto-renew before the expiration date; you may cancel at any time via PayPal or by contacting us.
• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy).
• Premium membership privileges take effect immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. Within 7 days from the date of payment, if you are not satisfied with the service, you may email hello@portfolio.com to request a full refund. The refund will be returned to the original payment account and typically takes 3-5 business days to process.

Refund requests made after 7 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and full refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, text content, design elements, and source code displayed on this Website are protected by copyright law. Without written permission, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Downloading, copying, modifying, or distributing images and content from the Website.
• Using Website content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise extracting source code.
• Removing or tampering with copyright notices and other rights identifiers.

Copyright for content uploaded by administrators belongs to the original copyright owners. Content uploaded by users (if any) grants the Website a non-exclusive display license.
